    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

    The duct fan system is designed to quietly cool AV equipment rooms and closets, and to ventilate various air circulation and exhaust projects. Features an inline speed controller utilizing PWM-technology. Containing an inline mixed-flow design, the duct fan can maintain airflow even in high static pressure applications. Contains an EC-motor for a quiet and energy efficient performance. The motor box containing the fan’s impeller and blades can be detached from the mounted frame for easy cleaning and maintenance. Complete kit includes one duct fan unit, one inline speed controller, installation manual, and all necessary mounting hardware.

    PRECISE SPEED CONTROLLER

    The inline speed controller enables you to set the duct fan’s speed to optimal noise and airflow levels for various environments. Unlike common AC-powered duct fans that suppresses voltage to control fan speeds, this duct fan features an EC-motor that is precisely controlled using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). This technology enables the fan's motor to be able to run smoothly at extremely low RPM speeds without generating motor noises and heat as seen on variable voltage controllers. Eight speed options are available with power switch, and backup memory. This S6 model can be connected to the smart controller of the CLOUDLINE T6 model to share the same programming and power source.

    QUIET AND ENERGY EFFICIENT DESIGN

    The inline fan features a mixed flow design using a stator blade and dual hydrodynamic wind circles. This gives it a high static pressure rating, enabling it to deliver airflow even in applications where air movement is being restricted. The motor houses dual ball bearings rated at 67,000 hours which allows the duct fan unit to be mounted in any direction. The unit is IP44 rated to be highly resistant to dust and liquids, and performs well even in harsh environments.

    APPLICATIONS

    This quiet duct fan system is popular in a variety of applications including cooling AV equipment rooms, closets, racks, and cabinets. Due to its low noise and advanced control features, it’s also used in various air circulation and ventilation projects including hydroponic grow rooms and tents, exhausting bathrooms and attics, and other installations.

Shipping

What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your order visit the order confirmation page that was sent to your email or phone number after checkout. If you have ShopApp you can track your order status there too.

How long does it take to get my order?

Most orders are received in 3-5 business days. See the UPS shipping map above for more specific shipping times.

Do I need to be there to sign for it?

Signature is required for orders over $5,000. For security/privacy concerns, we're happy to ship directly to a local UPS store near you!

Who will be delivering my order?

We ship orders from our warehouse using UPS Ground or USPS, unless expedited shipping options are purchased. If an item is coming Factory Direct, we have little control over which carrier they choose to use but will request they ship discreetly!

Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?

We can ship small/lightweight items to post office boxes. At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We only ship international orders to Canada.

Who is responsible for duty/taxes on international shipments?

The customer is responsible for paying duty and taxes. You can complete these payments using your tracking number at UPS.com.

What happens if my package gets lost?

All items purchased from Happy Hydro are made under a shipment contract, meaning the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. With that said, we're in the business of making happy customers, and we will work overtime to resolve issues with carriers.

What are the shipping conditions that apply to "Ships from Vendor" Items?

  • Processing times may vary depending on the supplier. These are noted above the add-to-cart button.
  • These items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • They'll choose which parcel carrier to use, shipping map may not be accurate.
  • We will request they use plain box shipping.
  • Some vendors charge a 3% credit card fee to cancel to recoup lost transaction fees. This will be outlined below the product description on the product page, "Harvest Right Returns/Warranty Policy", for example.

Why is my payment method not working?

I’ve received a promo code. How do I apply it?

Returns

How do I request a return or replacement?

Our return policy is simple and worry-free. If you’re not satisfied with your gardening supplies for any reason, you can return them within 30 days for free and we will refund you or replace them. Any vendor specific return policies will be listed on the product pages and those items will not adhere to this policy. Send an email to help@happyhydro.com to begin the return process.

Returns must be in original packaging with all parts and in new resalable condition.

Happy Hydro does not take title to returned items until they are received back at our warehouse, at that time we will issue a refund.

"Ships from vendor" or "Ships from [brand]" items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please reach out to our customer service team to begin the return process.

Multi-light orders, grow tent kits, orders over $500, and multiple box shipments are subject to return shipping charges.

Buyers from AK, HI, or outside of the USA are responsible for return shipping fees and shipping fees for warranty replacements.

What is the status of my refund?

Our payment processor, Shopify, processes refunds within 10 days. Most customers receive their refunds within five days.

Is there a restocking fee or return shipping charge?

No, there are no restocking fees or return shipping charges with a couple of exceptions. Orders that are tagged "Ships from vendor" will have a restocking fee of 15%. Additionally, returns on multi-packs of lights, grow tent kits, orders over $500, and multiple box shipments, will be subject to return shipping charges.
