Return Policy

Our return policy is simple and worry-free. If you’re not satisfied with your gardening supplies for any reason, you can return them within 30 days for free and we will refund you or replace them.*

All returns require original packaging and to be returned in new resalable condition.

Many of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties so if it has been more than 30 days feel free to reach out and explain your issue and we will show you world-class customer service.

Happy Hydro does not take title to returned items until they are received back at our warehouse, at that time we will issue a refund.

*LED Lights, orders over $500, grow tent kits, and multiple box shipments are subject to return shipping charges. 
*Select Vendors don't allow returns outside of warranty claims and it will be noted on the product page.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Note that a cancellation fee applies based on your payment method:

• 2.9% for credit card payments
• 3.5% for PayPal or Venmo payments
• 4.0% for international PayPal transactions
• 4.1% for American Express payments
• 6.5% for orders paid via Shop Pay Installments or PayTomorrow
