Return Policy
Our Return Policy
Our return policy is simple and worry-free. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days and we'll refund you or replace it. Most returns are free. A small number of exceptions apply and are listed below.
How to start a return
Email us
Send a message to help@happyhydro.com with your order number and reason for returning.
Pack it up
Repack the item in its original packaging with all parts included. Items must be in new, resalable condition.
Ship it back
We'll provide return instructions. Title transfers back to Happy Hydro once we receive the item at our warehouse.
Get your refund or replacement
Your choice. Refunds are processed within 10 days of receipt. Most customers see the credit back in about 5 days.
Return shipping charges apply to the following
- LED grow lights
- Orders over $400
- Grow tent kits
- Multi-box shipments
- Select vendor-direct items where the vendor does not allow returns outside of warranty claims. This will be noted on the product page.
Contact us as soon as possible at help@happyhydro.com or 716-217-0353. Because payment processors charge us a fee the moment an order is placed, cancellations are subject to the following fees based on your payment method.
