Detroit Nutrient Company emerged from humble beginnings. Founded in 2012 by Tommy Szot, alongside the guidance of a cherished friend and mentor, we began our journey by selling what many might consider mundane: Worm Castings. Despite the challenges posed by the tail end of a recession, our passion for providing top-notch organic amendments never wavered. We believed in offering these high-quality products at competitive prices, always willing to put in the hard work.

Over the years, we fostered close-knit relationships within the industry and earned numerous accolades. Such achievements led us to unveil the living soil that had been instrumental in earning us recognition and praise. We've long believed in nurturing healthier and more efficient growing techniques, some of which the industry has only started to embrace recently—methods we've been perfecting for decades.
