Description

Make your fireplace heat the whole room, not just the seat in front of it.

The AIRBLAZE T12 (model AC-FBA12) is a 12-inch replacement blower for gas and manufactured fireplaces with a blower compartment beneath the firebox, built to a standard frame size that drops into units from Lennox, Hearth Glo, Majestic, Rotom, and most other brands with the same opening. Room air gets pulled in through the lower vent, warmed as it passes the hot firebox, and pushed back out the upper vent at 160 CFM, so the heat reaches you faster instead of slowly radiating off the front. The included Controller 69 PRO reads live temperature from a 12-foot probe and ramps the fan up and down on its own across 10 speed levels, so it answers to the actual fire, not a fixed setting. Quiet at 28 dBA, efficient at 10W, and smart enough to run itself.

Built to do more than a basic fireplace blower

Controller 69 PRO with Smart Automation 10 speeds

Set a minimum-speed baseline so the blower always circulates at low level, then program high-temp or low-temp triggers to ramp it up or down automatically. Timer, cycle, and schedule modes let you run the blower on demand, and backup memory keeps all settings intact through power interruptions.

PWM DC Motor

Pulse Width Modulation controls motor speed by rapidly cycling the power signal rather than reducing voltage. The result is more precise speed control and less heat waste than a standard AC motor, which is why the T12 draws just 10W while still moving 160 CFM.

Standard Fit for Most Fireplace Brands

The mounting frame measures 12.6 x 4.0 in. with hole-to-hole spacing of 11.6 x 2.9 in. and 0.197-in. screw holes, the most common blower compartment opening across Lennox, Hearth Glo, Majestic, Rotom, and compatible brands. If your old blower came out of one of these, this one goes back in the same place.

Dual-Ball Bearings, 67,000-Hour L10 Rating

An L10 rating means 90% of units are still running at the stated hour mark, so at normal heating-season use you are looking at decades of service before wear becomes a question. Dual-ball bearings also let the unit mount horizontally or vertically with no orientation penalty, so it fits however your compartment is built.

Cold-Rolled Steel Frame with IP-22 Protection

The enclosure is heavy-duty steel on a cold-rolled steel mounting frame built to handle sustained heat exposure inside an active fireplace compartment. IP-22 means it resists light liquid splashes from any direction and ingress from dust particles, not just incidental contact.

AC Infinity UIS Platform Compatible

The AIRBLAZE T12 uses the AC Infinity UIS connector, which means it can share a controller and the AC Infinity app alongside other UIS devices: CLOUDLINE inline fans, AIRLIFT shutter fans, and AIRTITAN crawlspace fans. One app, one interface, multiple devices across the home.

How the AIRBLAZE T12 installation works

Remove the vent plate and clear the compartment

With gas and electrical power off and the firebox completely cool, pull the lower vent plate to open the blower compartment. Clear out any dust or debris before placing the unit inside.

Position the blower and secure the mounting frame

Slide the blower toward the rear of the compartment with the air outlet facing up and the rubber feet resting on the floor. Anchor the mounting frame to the compartment wall using the included screws and a power drill to reduce vibration.

Mount the controller and connect probe and power

Hang the Controller 69 PRO on the wall outside the fireplace using the included wood screws, or attach it to any steel surface using the built-in magnet. Plug the fan cord into the bottom of the controller, run the power adapter to a nearby outlet, and set the 12-foot probe near the blower under the firebox where it can read the heat. The probe has to sense the fire's warmth for the auto triggers to fire.

Set temperature triggers and let it run

Use the controller's LCD display to set high- and low-temperature trigger points, a minimum fan speed, and optional timer or schedule programs. All settings are stored in backup memory and survive power interruptions.

Yes. The AIRBLAZE T12 installs into a dedicated compartment beneath the firebox floor, with a lower intake vent and an upper outlet vent already built into the fireplace. It is not designed for fireplaces with a solid surround and no existing blower opening. If you're not sure whether your fireplace has a blower compartment, check your owner's manual or look for vent slots along the bottom of the facade.
Yes, fully standalone. All programming is done directly on the Controller 69 PRO using the LCD display and buttons, including temperature triggers, fan speeds, timers, and schedule modes. The WiFi app adds remote access, climate history charts, advance automation, and push notifications, but the blower operates exactly as intended without it.
The T12 measures 28 dBA at full speed, which is quieter than a whispered conversation at 30 dBA. The aluminum impeller sits on silicone vibration mounts inside the steel enclosure to keep mechanical noise out of the frame. At mid-speed settings, it blends into normal room background noise.
Yes. The Controller 69 PRO has four auto-trigger modes: high temperature, low temperature, high humidity, and low humidity. The most common setup for fireplace use is a high-temperature trigger: set a temperature threshold and the controller ramps the blower up when the sensor probe reads above it. Pair that with a minimum-speed setting and the blower runs quietly at baseline even before the fire builds.
If your existing AC Infinity devices use the UIS connector, they are compatible with the Controller 69 PRO ecosystem included with the T12. The controller can mix and match connections with CLOUDLINE inline fans, AIRLIFT shutter fans, and AIRTITAN crawlspace fans. Devices with older 4-pin Molex connectors may require a UIS adapter, available separately from AC Infinity.

Most orders arrive in 3-5 business days. Expedited options (2-day, overnight) are available at checkout if you need it sooner.
Signature is only required on orders over $500. For added privacy, we can ship to your local UPS Store so you pick it up on your own schedule — just ask.
We default to UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. Select an expedited option at checkout and we'll use the appropriate carrier for that service.
  • P.O. boxes: Yes, for small and lightweight items.
  • International: Canada only. Email help@happyhydro.com your address and a screenshot of your cart for a shipping quote.
  • APO/FPO: Not currently available.
For Canadian orders, import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. You'll complete payment using your tracking number at UPS.com when your package arrives.

Refunds are processed through Shopify within 10 business days. Most customers see the credit back in about 5 days.
