The G1 gateway connects to your WiFi (2.4 GHz) or Ethernet and relays sensor data to SensorPush's cloud. You get live readings, full history, and alerts on the free iOS/Android app from any location.

The HT1 uses a Swiss-made sensing element that reads temperature from -40°F to 140°F and humidity from 0 to 100% RH, logging a data point every 60 seconds.

The gateway picks up any SensorPush sensor within 100 meters line of sight. In a typical wood-frame house, it covers the full footprint. Add more sensors any time without reconfiguring.

The HT1 runs on a single CR2477 coin cell. SensorPush sends a low-battery warning in the app so you have time to order a replacement before it dies.

How the system works

Download the free app and pair the HT1

Install the SensorPush app on your phone, pull the battery tab on the HT1 sensor, and follow the in-app pairing prompt. The whole process takes about two minutes.

Plug in and connect the G1 gateway

Connect the G1 to power using the included AC adapter, then connect it to your network via WiFi or Ethernet. The app walks you through linking the gateway to your SensorPush cloud account.

Place the sensor in your grow space

Set the HT1 at canopy height in your tent or grow room. It's small enough to clip, hang, or set on a shelf. Keep it within 325 ft line of sight of the gateway.

Set your alert ranges and monitor

Define your ideal temperature and humidity thresholds in the app. You'll get push notifications if conditions go out of range, and you can check live data or historical graphs any time.

Frequently asked questions
No. The HT1 communicates with the G1 via Bluetooth with a rated range of 325 feet line of sight. In a typical wood-frame house, one centrally placed gateway can reach sensors on different floors and in adjacent rooms. Walls, metal objects, and thick insulation reduce range, so test placement before committing to a spot. If you have a detached building, you may need a second gateway.
No, the G1 only connects to 2.4 GHz WiFi networks. Most routers broadcast both 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, so check your router settings if you're having trouble connecting. You can also use the Ethernet port if WiFi setup is difficult in your location. Supported security types are Open, WPA/WPA2, and WEP.
SensorPush doesn't set a hard limit on sensors per gateway. As long as a sensor is within Bluetooth range, the G1 picks it up. Growers commonly run 3 to 5 sensors on one gateway covering different zones in a tent, a lung room, and a drying area. Just pair each new sensor in the app and the gateway starts relaying its data automatically.
The HT1 is not water-resistant, so keep it out of direct spray or standing water. It handles high humidity fine, but prolonged exposure above 80% RH can create a temporary offset of up to +3% in humidity readings. This corrects itself once the sensor returns to lower humidity. If your environment is consistently wet, consider the HT.w water-resistant model (not included in this set).
The HT1 stores up to 20 days of data on the sensor itself. When connectivity is restored, the gateway uploads the backlog to the cloud automatically. You won't get real-time alerts during the outage, but no data is lost.
Yes. Everyone just logs into the same SensorPush account on their phone. Data, alerts, and sensor settings sync across all devices within moments. There's no limit on how many phones or tablets can be logged in at once.

Check the order confirmation sent to your email or phone after checkout — it includes a tracking link. If you use the Shop App, you can track your order there too.
Most orders arrive in 3-5 business days. Expedited options (2-day, overnight) are available at checkout if you need it sooner.
Signature is only required on orders over $500. For added privacy, we can ship to your local UPS Store so you pick it up on your own schedule — just ask.
We default to UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. Select an expedited option at checkout and we'll use the appropriate carrier for that service.
  • P.O. boxes: Yes, for small and lightweight items.

For Canadian orders, import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. You'll complete payment using your tracking number at UPS.com when your package arrives.
