The CLOUDWAY T12 moves up to 1,604 CFM through a 12-inch duct on a WiFi controller that watches temperature, humidity, and VPD, then spins up only when your space crosses the trigger you set. Its PWM-controlled EC motor holds that airflow at 62 dBA while averaging 139 watts, a fraction of what an air conditioner pulls, and an insulated two-door shutter seals the opening the moment the fan stops. How the CLOUDWAY T12 cools a space without running all day

The fan does not chill air like an air conditioner. It exhausts the hottest air out of your space through the 12-inch duct, and that outflow creates passive intake that pulls cooler, fresher air in from windows, vents, or an intake opening. Move enough air fast enough and the space drops toward the temperature of whatever you are drawing in.

The smart part is the controller. Its 12-foot probe reads temperature and humidity in the room, and the controller converts that into a live picture, including VPD (vapor pressure deficit, the single number plants respond to). When a reading crosses a trigger you set, the controller uses PWM to feed the EC motor precise electronic pulses that ramp the fan up the exact amount needed, then eases it back down as the room recovers. Set a minimum baseline speed and it never fully stops during a cycle, so the room stays steady instead of swinging hot and cold. When a cycle ends, the gravity-fed shutter drops closed and seals the opening.

Gravity-fed shutters swing open under airflow and drop closed when the fan stops, blocking outside or attic air from leaking back through the opening while the system is idle.

Installing and dialing in the CLOUDWAY T12

Mount the fan at the opening

The dual ball bearings allow horizontal or vertical mounting, so you can set it at a ceiling or wall opening. Secure it with the included hardware.

Connect duct, grille, and shutter

Run the 6 ft insulated ducting and lock it down with the stainless clamps, fit the wall grille on the exhaust side, and mount the two-door shutter that seals when idle.

Place the probe and controller

Run the 12 ft corded probe into the space you want to monitor, mount the controller within its 10 ft cord reach, and plug into any standard 120V outlet.

Set your triggers and walk away

On the controller or app, set your temperature, humidity, or VPD trigger points, a minimum baseline speed, and any timers or schedules. It ramps only when needed.

Sizing depends on your room volume and how many air changes you want per hour, not just square footage, so there is no single answer that fits every space. This is a whole-space system that mounts at a wall or ceiling opening with a grille and sealing shutter, not an inline fan that hangs on tent ducting. If you are ventilating a tent through a carbon filter, you want a CLOUDLINE-style inline fan instead. We stock those too, so call 716-217-0353 and we will match you to the right one for your setup.
62 dBA is the noise at full speed, roughly the level of a normal conversation or a bathroom exhaust fan on high. Because the controller only ramps to full when your trigger is hit, most of the time it runs quieter than that or sits at your minimum baseline speed. If noise matters, set a lower cap and let it run longer at a gentler pace.
No. The CONTROLLER 69 PRO runs every trigger, timer, and schedule on its own screen with no internet at all. WiFi is optional and adds remote control from the app, push notifications, historical climate charts, and CSV data export. Connect it if you want those extras, skip it if you do not.
VPD, or vapor pressure deficit, combines temperature and humidity into one number that tells you how hard the air is pulling moisture out of your plants. Growers steer plant transpiration by holding VPD in a target range instead of chasing temperature and humidity separately. This controller can exhaust to keep VPD in range, which is why growers use it and homeowners just cooling a house can safely ignore it.
It averages 139 watts and peaks at 250 watts. To estimate your own cost, multiply the wattage by the hours you expect it to run, divide by 1,000 for kilowatt-hours, and multiply by your electric rate. Shipping
Check the order confirmation sent to your email or phone after checkout — it includes a tracking link. If you use the Shop App, you can track your order there too.
Most orders ship within 24 hours, and typical delivery takes 3-5 business days after shipment. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on the products and destination.
Signature is only required on orders over $500. For added privacy, we can ship to your local UPS Store so you pick it up on your own schedule — just ask.
We default to UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. Select an expedited option at checkout and we'll use the appropriate carrier for that service.
  • P.O. boxes: Yes, for small and lightweight items.
  • International: Canada only. Email help@happyhydro.com your address and a screenshot of your cart for a shipping quote.
  • APO/FPO: Not currently available.
For Canadian orders, import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. You'll complete payment using your tracking number at UPS.com when your package arrives.

Refunds are processed through Shopify within 10 business days. Most customers see the credit back in about 5 days.
