    Everything You Need for One More Pot

    Each module ships with the tray, lid, pot, AQUAvalve5, tee connectors (3/8" and 1/2" to 3/8"), tubing, and root control material. Substrate sold separately.

    Mix and Match Pot Types

    Run 1Pot, XL, and GeoPot modules on the same tubing line from a single reservoir. Each module's AQUAvalve5 controls watering independently per tray.

    Black or White Pots (1Pot)

    The 1Pot module (2.2g and 3.9g) is available in black or white. White pots reflect more light and run cooler in warm grow spaces.

    GeoPot Modules Include PotSock

    GeoPot expansion modules come with a PotSock Round that must be fitted over the fabric pot before placing it in the tray. This prevents roots from growing into the AQUAvalve.

    XXL Modules for 9 and 13 Gallon Fabric Pots

    The XXL module uses the 1Pot XXL tray with grommeted lid, a 9 or 13 gallon GeoPot G Lite fabric pot, and a PotSock XXL. Includes an adaptive collar to fit the pot to the tray.

    No Reservoir Required

    Modules do not include a reservoir or inline tap. They connect to an existing system's tubing line. If you need a standalone setup, start with a full system kit instead.

    How to add a module to your system

    1

    Turn off the system

    Close the inline tap on your reservoir to stop water flow. Drain the tubing line if possible to avoid spills when cutting in.

    Cut into the existing line

    Cut the 3/8" tubing at the point where you want to add the new pot. Insert the included 3/8" tee connector. Use the 1/2" to 3/8" tee if your main line is 1/2" pipe.

    3

    Set up the new tray

    Place the tray and lid where you want the new pot. Install the AQUAvalve5 through the grommeted tray hole. Add root control material, drainage layer (or AirBase), and substrate.

    4

    Connect and restart

    Run the included 3/8" pipe from the tee to the new tray's AQUAvalve. Open the inline tap and let the system fill the new tray. Transplant when the tray is full.

    Frequently asked questions
    Yes. All AutoPot modules use the same AQUAvalve5 and connect with the same 3/8" tubing. You can mix 1Pot, XL, and GeoPot modules on a single reservoir line. Each tray's AQUAvalve controls watering independently, so different pot sizes don't interfere with each other.
    There's no hard limit on modules per reservoir, but your reservoir needs to be large enough to keep up. A 12.4 gallon Hard Tank handles up to about 6 pots. A 25 gallon FlexiTank handles 6 to 9. For larger setups, a 60 or 105 gallon tank gives you headroom. The real constraint is refill frequency, not system capacity.
    No. Modules include the tray, pot, valve, connectors, tubing, and root control material. You supply your own substrate, drainage layer or AirBase, and any amendments. Use the same mix as the rest of your system for consistency.
    Fabric pots allow roots to grow through the pot walls and into the tray, which can clog the AQUAvalve. The PotSock wraps around the outside of the fabric pot and contains root growth within the pot. Plastic pots don't have this issue because the rigid walls contain roots on their own. 1Pot modules include a root control disc instead, which goes at the bottom of the pot.
    Yes, but you'll need to briefly shut off the inline tap to cut into the tubing line and insert the tee connector. It takes a few minutes. The existing pots won't be affected as long as their trays have water in them during the interruption.

    Shipping
    Check the order confirmation sent to your email or phone after checkout — it includes a tracking link. If you use the Shop App, you can track your order there too.
    Most orders arrive in 3-5 business days. Expedited options (2-day, overnight) are available at checkout if you need it sooner.
    Signature is only required on orders over $500. For added privacy, we can ship to your local UPS Store so you pick it up on your own schedule — just ask.
    We default to UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. Select an expedited option at checkout and we'll use the appropriate carrier for that service.
    • P.O. boxes: Yes, for small and lightweight items.
    • International: Canada only. Email help@happyhydro.com your address and a screenshot of your cart for a shipping quote.
    • APO/FPO: Not currently available.
    For Canadian orders, import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. You'll complete payment using your tracking number at UPS.com when your package arrives.
    Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand off to the carrier, but that doesn't mean we leave you hanging. Email help@happyhydro.com and we'll work overtime to track it down and make it right.

    We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Coinbase, and Happy Hydro gift cards. Your card is charged immediately at checkout.

    Email help@happyhydro.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll get you a refund or replacement, your choice. Items must be in original packaging with all parts in resalable condition. Multi-light orders, grow tents, orders over $500, and multi-box shipments may incur return shipping charges. AK, HI, and international buyers are responsible for return and warranty shipping. Some vendor-specific policies may apply — check the product page for details.
    Refunds are processed through Shopify within 10 business days. Most customers see the credit back in about 5 days.
