Hand-quality trim at 6 lbs per hour, without the labor

The CenturionPro DBT Model 0 is a dry batch trimmer built for home growers who want consistent, professional results without paying commercial-machine prices. It runs Soft Tumble Technology, which uses no blower suction or lubricants, so the flower comes out clean and intact. At 28 lbs with two handles, it stores easily between harvests and sets up in minutes when you need it.

Hand trimming vs. the DBT Model 0
Hand Trimming
  • 1 to 2 lbs per hour per person, depending on experience
  • Scissors and hands contact the flower directly, picking up oils and contamination
  • Trim quality varies person to person and degrades as fatigue sets in
  • No easy way to collect trim separately for secondary use
  • Labor cost adds up fast on larger personal harvests
  • Requires multiple people or many hours for a full plant harvest
DBT Model 0
  • Up to 6 lbs per hour, one machine, one operator
  • No lubricants, no suction, flower never contacts hands or scissors directly
  • Consistent cut every run regardless of flower size, shape, or density
  • Trim collects in the bin below, ready for secondary processing
  • One machine handles a personal harvest without extra labor
  • 28 lbs with dual handles, stores on a shelf between harvests
Built for home growers who care about quality

Soft Tumble Technology No suction, no lubricants

The tumbler gently rolls flower against the cutting blade without pulling or sucking it through. This protects trichomes, preserves bud structure, and produces a finished result that holds up next to hand trimming.

Up to 6 lbs per hour dry weight capacity

One machine running solo matches the output of roughly 20 hand trimmers at the same quality level. For a typical home harvest, that means a full workload finishes in a few hours instead of a full day or more.

Electropolished stainless steel tumbler

The tumbler surface is electropolished, which removes micro-roughness and reduces plant material sticking during runs. It cleans quickly with warm soapy water or a pressure washer up to 1,500 psi on a fan spray setting.

28 lbs with dual carry handles

Dimensions are 16.5 x 13 x 15.5 inches, small enough to store on a standard shelf. The two integrated handles let one person move it without help.

Kief Filter Screen upgrade makes it a two-in-one

Swap the stock tumbler for the optional 150-micron medical-grade stainless steel Kief Filter Screen, run the trim from your bin through it, and collect separated kief from the same machine with no additional equipment.

2-year manufacturer warranty, brand-name components throughout

CenturionPro builds the Model 0 with name-brand parts and backs it with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, with repairs available directly through the manufacturer or an authorized service dealer.

How to run a batch from setup to finished flower

1

Load and position

Place the machine on a stable surface with the trim bin positioned below the chute. Load your dried flower into the tumbler and close the machine. No pre-setup or calibration is needed before the first run.

2

Run the tumbler

Start the machine and allow flower to tumble against the blade. Run time varies by strain density and how tight a trim you want. Check a sample every few minutes early on to dial in your timing for your specific material.

3

Collect trimmed flower and trim

Trimmed flower exits the machine as it finishes. Trim falls into the collection bin below. Keep the two separate if you plan to run the trim through the Kief Filter Screen upgrade in a second pass.

4

Clean the machine

Wash the tumbler and components by hand with warm soapy water and a non-metallic scrubber, or pressure wash up to 1,500 psi on a fan spray setting. Run the machine empty for 15 minutes after washing to dry the internals.

Frequently asked questions
The machine is rated at up to 7 lbs per hour of dry weight. Real-world throughput depends on how dense and stemmy your material is, and how tight a trim you want. Loosely leafed strains move faster; dense, sugary material takes a bit longer per pound. For most home growers, a full personal harvest processes in two to four hours rather than a full day.
The Soft Tumble design handles variety well because it tumbles flower gently rather than forcing it through at a fixed speed. Small, airy buds and large, dense ones both run cleanly. Note that the Model 0 does not have the variable speed control included on Models 2 through 5, so if you grow a very wide variety of strains at wildly different densities, the higher models give you more tuning ability. For most home growers with a consistent strain rotation, the Model 0 handles the variation fine.
CenturionPro recommends cleaning after every day of use, though how often depends on your strain. Resinous strains need more frequent cleaning than drier material. The electropolished tumbler washes down quickly with warm water and dish soap using a non-metallic scrubber, or you can pressure wash up to 1,500 psi on a fan spray. After any wet cleaning, run the machine empty for 15 minutes to dry the internal components.
The Model 0 processes up to 7 lbs per hour and weighs 28 lbs. The Model 1 steps up to 10 lbs per hour at 35 lbs. If your typical harvest is under 10 to 15 lbs dry weight and you trim once or twice per year, the Model 0 handles it comfortably. If you're consistently trimming large personal or small commercial batches, or if throughput speed matters a lot, the Model 1 is worth the step up.
