Enhanced Spectrum (ES) 43:38:19 R:G:B

The ES spectrum pushes more energy into green and deep red wavelengths compared to standard white LEDs. Green light penetrates deeper into leaf tissue and through upper canopy layers, reaching sites that red and blue alone miss.

2089 PPF at 2.86 µmol/J 730W

At full power, the fixture converts 730 watts into over 2000 µmol/s of usable light. Over a 12-hour flower cycle, that is about 8.76 kWh per day, which is significantly less than competing fixtures with lower efficacy ratings at the same output.

Integrated Reflectors on All 4 Boards

Small reflectors built into each Quantum Board redirect photons downward and outward, increasing PPFD uniformity at mid and lower canopy levels without requiring a separate reflector hood.

Passive Heatsink Cooling

Aluminum fins dissipate heat without fans, so there are no bearings to wear out and no noise. The fixture runs warm to the touch but keeps radiant heat low at the canopy level.

0-100% Dimming with RJ 0-10V

The included driver dims from zero to full power via a manual knob. For multi-light rooms, you can daisy-chain the RJ signal or add a GrowFlux Access Point for wireless control from your phone.

Full-Cycle Veg Through Flower

The ES spectrum is designed for the entire grow cycle. Run it at 40-50% for veg in a 6'x6' footprint, then ramp to full power for flower in a 5'x5'. No spectrum swap, no second fixture.

Setting up your HLG 750 Diablo ES

Hang the fixture

Use the included ratchet hangers or fixed hooks. For flowering, position the light 15 to 24 inches above the canopy. For veg, raise it to about 36 inches and dim to 40-50%.

Connect power

The included cord works on 120V or 240V circuits. Plug in, and the light powers on at the last dimmer setting. No warm-up time, no external driver box.

Set your intensity

Turn the manual dimmer knob to your target output. For seedlings and fresh transplants, start around 30%. Increase gradually as plants acclimate to the higher PPFD.

Daisy-chain or go wireless

For multi-light rooms, connect fixtures via RJ cables to dim them all from one knob. Or add a GrowFlux Access Point (sold separately) to control intensity from your phone.

Frequently asked questions
Very straightforward. There is no separate driver box to mount, no reflector to assemble, and no bulb to install. You hang the fixture with the included hardware, plug in the power cord, and set the dimmer knob. The whole process takes about 10 minutes. If you are on a 120V household circuit, it works right out of the box with no rewiring.
The fixture is 37.5" x 27.125", so it physically fits inside a 4x4 tent. However, at full power it produces more light than a 4x4 canopy needs, and you would need to dim it down to around 70-80% to avoid light stress. A 5x5 tent lets you run it at full output where the coverage pattern is designed to perform best. If you already have a 4x4, it will work fine dimmed. If you are buying a new tent, go with the 5x5.
The standard Diablo has a Red:Green:Blue ratio of 42:37:21. The ES shifts to 43:38:19, which increases the green and deep red output relative to blue. In practice, this means better light penetration through dense canopy layers and slightly more efficient photosynthesis in lower leaves. If you grow with heavy defoliation and keep an open canopy, the difference is subtle. If you grow bushy plants or SOG setups with dense foliage, the ES spectrum has a measurable advantage.
Every watt of electricity eventually becomes heat, so at full power you are adding 730W of heat to your room. That is roughly 2,490 BTU/hr. For HVAC sizing, plan on about 1 ton of cooling capacity for every 3,400 BTU/hr. The passive aluminum fins spread that heat across the top of the fixture rather than concentrating it at a single point, so radiant heat reaching your canopy is lower than you would expect from the wattage alone.
Yes, but keep total circuit load in mind. At 120V, the fixture draws about 6.1 amps at full power. On a 15-amp circuit, the safe continuous load is 12 amps (80% rule), which leaves about 5.9 amps for fans, pumps, and other equipment on the same breaker. If your tent accessories are pushing that limit, a dedicated 20-amp circuit or running the light on 240V (where it draws about 3 amps) is a better option.
Yes. The fixture does not have a built-in timer. Any standard heavy-duty appliance timer rated for the wattage will work. If you add a GrowFlux Access Point, you can set schedules wirelessly through the app instead of using a plug-in timer.

Most orders arrive in 3-5 business days. Expedited options (2-day, overnight) are available at checkout if you need it sooner.
Signature is only required on orders over $500. For added privacy, we can ship to your local UPS Store so you pick it up on your own schedule — just ask.
We default to UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. Select an expedited option at checkout and we'll use the appropriate carrier for that service.
  • P.O. boxes: Yes, for small and lightweight items.

For Canadian orders, import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. You'll complete payment using your tracking number at UPS.com when your package arrives.
